Use of qebApps’ apps — Newsairy, PhotInfo, and PhotInfo NG — is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies automatically to any App Store app that doesn’t provide its own custom license, including these.
Newsairy Pro
Newsairy Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription, handled entirely through the App Store. Refunds are processed by Apple under their standard refund policy — I have no way to issue or process a refund directly.
PhotInfo
PhotInfo is a paid app with a single, one-time price charged at download — there are no in-app purchases.
PhotInfo NG
PhotInfo NG is free to download; editing features (changing tags, removing metadata) require a one-time in-app purchase to unlock.
Aggregator accounts
Connecting a The Old Reader, Feedbin, Miniflux, FreshRSS or Inoreader account links Newsairy to a third-party service with its own terms of use, which apply independently of these terms and of Apple’s EULA. See the Privacy Policy for how your credentials are handled.
