Iphone 5

I’m finishing the tests on the new version of CountOnMe. In my roadmap there was no iPhone 5 special support (even if the new display was expected), so 1.7 will not take advantage of them. I’ll add support for the new display in the near future. I hope this isn’t a big issue.
